Description
The Citizens Bank is currently seeking a Computer Specialist/Technician, as follows:
Basic Responsibilities:
Ensure bank employees have the proper hardware and/or software to perform their job functions in an efficient and effective manner. Set up hardware and install/configure software and drivers. Maintain and repair technological equipment or peripheral devices. Perform regular hardware upgrades to ensure systems remain updated. Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality. Offer timely technical support and train end users on equipment utilization. Answer calls and/or open service desk tickets for employees seeking technical assistance over the phone and/or email. Respond to assigned tickets in a timely manner within service desk software. Performs all job functions in compliance with the requirements of banking laws and regulations. Other duties as required by supervisory personnel.
Requirements:
1 – 3 years’ experience in hardware/software installation, maintenance and trouble shooting
Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Exceptional Knowledge/Use of Microsoft Office products
Ability to work within time constraints and adapt to changing environment
May require some travel and lifting of more than 25 lbs
AA Degree or higher in Information Technology or Similar Field

Hours | Typically 7:00 - 5:00 Monday thru Friday, Some after Hours Work; Occasional Saturday Work |
