Essential Duties
Use proactive, consultative sales skills and strategies to identify needs and solicit targeted clients and prospects within the bank's footprint (MS). Analyze the requirements of the client/prospect and present recommendations on applicable cash/treasury management products/services to increase cash flow efficiencies. Develop and coordinate treasury management sales plans in conjunction with relationship managers and other employees to support existing clients and develop new clients. Develop an understanding of core processing systems and ancillary systems used to support cash/treasury management products. Complete and submit client service agreements and ensure all products/services are implemented. Ensure cash/treasury management products/services are working efficiently and effectively for clients. Ensure timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues for treasury clients. Ensure sound risk decisions commensurate with the bank's risk appetite in engaging and developing treasury management prospects/clients. Other duties as required by supervisory personnel.
The Right Person
2 - 5 years' successful experience in Treasury sales or similar sales work environment.
Additional 12 months successful experience in retail banking preferred.
Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Exceptional Customer Service and Sales Background.
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to analyze new and existing relationships.
Extensive Knowledge/Use of Microsoft Office and other PC applications.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal direct supervision.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
