Description
The Citizens Bank of Philadelphia is seeking a Proof Operator as follows:
Basic Responsibilities:
Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer account transactions. Perform daily verification, maintenance and balancing of cash letter files. Create adjustments to correct cash letter files and provide to appropriate department. Import commercial capture files, mobile capture files and ATM/ITM files; maintenance and balance as required. Verify NDP capture from all branches. Contact branches for transaction balance. Key maintenance of processed work. Create adjustments to correct customer or in-house transactions. Verify end of day for all branches as well as bank wide application totals. Upload files from Image Center to host. Export foreign transit items to MNBB. Verify application totals with night operator. Print and mail correction notices. Log import/export Host integration information. Perform all job functions in compliance with the requirements of banking laws and regulations. Performs other duties as required by supervisory personnel.
Requirements:
3 - 12 months experience as a Proof Operator, Account Services Representative or Similar Position
Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office and other PC applications
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
High School Diploma or Higher
