Description
The Citizens Bank of Philadelphia is seeking a Customer Support Representative as follows:
Basic Responsibilities:
Provide consistent, timely and accurate service to customer calls, questions and complaints, while also providing service at all levels for customers who utilize electronic banking services. Take and process customer calls. Process new customer online banking registration. Assist customers with questions regarding debit/ATM cards, online banking, PhoneTeller, bill pay and iPhone/Android app. Handle any task that comes through Zen Desk. Reset online banking passwords, PhoneTeller passwords and debit card PINs. Process and print statements, maintenance printers as needed. Process return statements. Print stop payments, unposted and NSF notices. Process new debit/ATM card applications. Process credit references and customer requests for reference numbers in regard to ACH and Sweep Accounts. Perform customer account research. Perform all job functions in compliance with the requirements of banking laws and regulations. Performs other duties as required by supervisory personnel.
Requirements:
1 Year Experience as a Customer Support Representative, Internet Banking Clerk or Similar Position
Proficient Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Proficient Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office and other PC applications
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
High School Diploma or Higher

Hours | Monday thru Friday: 8:00 - 5:00 Occasional Saturday Hours |
