A customer advocate who provides consistent, timely and accurate payment processing, service and support for all levels of clients who utilize electronic banking and treasury services.

Essential Duties
Load and verify outgoing wires into Fedline.  Load incoming wires into Fox Wire; perform call back verifications for outgoing wires. Maintain appropriate logs for ACH, incoming/outgoing wires, and other areas as necessary. Reconcile general ledger, RIP and UIR reports for all branches, including processing charge back items that are considered POD. Verify RIP/UIR book is created and in balance. Create and maintain records for safe deposit boxes system wide; maintenance entries for safe deposit box payments. Process daily returns/charge backs from all branches. Maintain day-to-day processing of return items received/sent from FNBB. Report charge-offs and collected charge-offs to Chex Systems. Assist cash management customers with login and processing issues. Assist remote deposit customers with login/processing issues. Process all outgoing ACH files within the required timeframes. Process return requests within the required timeframes. Provide return notifications to commercial customers. Manage customer cash vaults with Loomis, including daily reconciliation and reports.

Perform other duties as required by supervisory personnel.

  
The Right Person
12 months successful experience as a Customer Support Representative, Internet Banking Clerk or Similar Position
Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office and other PC applications
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
High School Diploma or Higher
