Hours Monday - Friday, 8 to 5
Occasional Saturday Hours

Essential Duties
Verify new loans are uploaded to Horizon.  Perform file maintenance to loans, if necessary.  Scan loan documentation files and match loans, as needed.  Provide loan account information to clients including payoffs, loan balances, etc.  Process incoming loan mail to include payments, insurance, titles, etc.  Correct credit bureau disputes, maintaining a log of all disputes.  Clear exceptions concerning deeds of trust, recorded deeds, titles, etc.  Balance assorted GLs related to loan processing.  Create monthly reports for management/board.  Receive and key credit card payments.  Process and key incoming wire payments and return payments.  Process "paid out" loans.  Index, track, force place and drop insurance, as needed. Clear exceptions related to insurance.  Verify loan payoffs and mortgages to other institutions.  Other duties as required by supervisory personnel. 
 
The Right Person
3 - 12 months' successful experience in loan support or loan administration.
Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Knowledge/Use of Microsoft Office products.
Ability to work within time constraints.
High School Diploma or Higher.
