The Citizens Bank of Philadelphia is seeking a full-time Customer Support Representative as follows:

A customer advocate who provides bank clients consistent, timely and accurate service while handling calls, questions and issues.

Essential Duties
Take and process client calls related to debit/ATM cards, online banking (OLB), PhoneTeller, bill pay and iPhone/Android apps. Process new OLB registration. Contact clients that have a failed OLB enrollment to assist them in gaining access. Setup clients on e-statements, Cash Stash accounts and e-Alerts. Handle any task that comes through Zen Desk. Reset OLB passwords, PhoneTeller passwords and debit card PINs. Print stop payments, unposted and NSF notices. Process new debit/ATM card applications. Process credit references and customer requests for reference numbers in regard to ACH and Sweep Accounts. Perform customer account research. Perform all job functions in compliance with the requirements of banking laws and regulations. Performs other duties as required by supervisory personnel.
The Right Person
3 - 12 months successful experience as a Customer Support Representative, Internet Banking Clerk or Similar Position
Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office and other PC applications
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
High School Diploma or Higher
